Our Blackhall project involved a carefully designed south-facing extension alongside a series of upgrades to the existing home. The aim was to create more space, more light and a layout that better suited modern living.

The new extension transformed the property by introducing a master bedroom with ensuite, giving our clients a private and peaceful retreat. The design also allowed for expanded living and dining areas, making the most of the south-facing aspect and enhancing natural light throughout the day.

To unify the old and new spaces, we carried out a comprehensive upgrade of the existing house. This included installing NorDan windows and doors, significantly improving thermal performance and giving the exterior a fresh, modern appearance. Inside, we fitted a new kitchen, as well as oak internal doors and oak flooring, bringing warmth, durability and a cohesive finish to the renovated home.

The Blackhall project has elevated the home both functionally and aesthetically. With improved flow, generous living areas and high-quality finishes throughout, the property now offers a bright, modern environment designed for comfortable everyday living.
