This project involved the transformation and expansion of existing office accommodation for Nordan in Aberdeen, making efficient use of redundant warehouse space to significantly increase the usable office floor area.

By extending the office footprint into an area of underutilised warehouse space, we created a modern, flexible working environment tailored to the evolving needs of the business. The works included the formation of a new toilet block, alongside a mix of open-plan office areas and cellular offices, allowing for both collaborative and focused working.

A dedicated meeting room was formed to support team and client engagement, while a welcoming breakout space provides an informal area for staff to relax and connect. Two kitchen and tea preparation areas were also installed, strategically located to serve different parts of the office and support day-to-day use.

The completed project delivers a bright, practical, and well-organised workspace - maximising existing building assets while providing a high-quality office environment that supports productivity, comfort and future growth.
