Our Russett project involved a full-home renovation combined with a carefully designed new entrance extension. The result is a beautifully modernised home that blends improved performance, thoughtful layout and character-rich detailing.
A key part of the transformation was the new entrance extension, which now forms a welcoming and highly functional arrival point for the home. This new structure incorporates a porch, a well organised boot room and a bright reading room at mezzanine level, adding both practicality and charm to the property.
Inside, we undertook a comprehensive renovation of the entire house. Insulation upgrades were completed throughout to significantly improve energy efficiency and comfort. We installed new NorDan windows alongside a striking RK Door Systems entrance door, giving the home a crisp, modern edge.
The interior was further elevated with four ensuite bathrooms, each finished to a high standard and a full suite of 1930s-style oak internal doors that bring warmth and period character back into the home. The heart of the house was completed with a bespoke kitchen from John Willox Kitchen Design, combining craftsmanship, function and timeless appeal.
Russett now stands as a fully renewed home - brighter, warmer and thoughtfully extended. The project showcases how contemporary upgrades, quality materials and sensitive design can work together to completely transform a property while respecting its character and enhancing everyday living.
