Springbank involved a full reconfiguration and expansion of the existing home to create a more functional, modern and family-focused layout. The project included a garage conversion, structural alterations and two new extensions designed to improve everyday living and flow.

To the west, we formed a new extension that created a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area - now the social heart of the home. Significant structural alterations were carried out to open up the existing layout, allowing natural light to move freely throughout the space.

To the east, a second extension was added, providing a practical utility area and improving overall storage and organisation. Alongside this, we carried out a small attic conversion to create a dedicated wardrobe and dressing area, adding valuable functionality to the upper floor.

The exterior is finished with striking Lunawood triple cladding by Russwood, giving the home a modern yet natural aesthetic that sits comfortably within its surroundings. High-performance NorDan windows and doors were installed throughout, enhancing thermal efficiency, durability and light quality.

The completed works have transformed Springbank into a warm, contemporary home with spaces tailored to modern living. With its improved flow, extended footprint and high-quality materials, the property now offers both practicality and architectural interest for years to come.
