Our Viewfield project focused on transforming the entire ground floor into a more energy-efficient, functional and beautifully considered living space. We stripped the ground floor back to the bare structure, allowing us to rebuild with performance and quality at the core.
The refurbishment began with the introduction of wood fibre insulation throughout the ground floor - a natural, breathable solution that significantly improves thermal comfort. We also installed a new ASHP (air source heat pump) system, modernising the home’s heating strategy and supporting long-term sustainability.
With the structure upgraded, we reconfigured the layout to create a more practical flow. This included a new kitchen, utility space and cloaks area, all designed for everyday convenience and contemporary living.
A standout feature of the renovation is the bespoke alcove cabinetry, crafted to bring character, storage and a tailored finish to the space.
The completed project delivers a ground floor that is warmer, more efficient and perfectly suited to modern family life - a sensitive upgrade that combines thoughtful design with sustainable building practices.
