We were delighted to deliver the internal fit-out for the much-anticipated Wild Goose brunch bar, set within the vibrant Union Terrace Gardens. This project brought together structural transformation, crafted feature elements and refined detailing to create a warm, inviting venue with real personality.

Our works began with significant structural alterations to shape the new bar space and establish a flowing, customer-friendly layout. Central to the interior is the hand-crafted solid oak bar, designed and built to be both a striking focal point and a functional workspace for the team. Complementing this, we formed a dedicated coffee point, echoing the same quality materials and attention to detail.

The fit-out also included the installation of new entrance doors, enhancing accessibility while setting the tone for the interior experience. Inside, the atmospheric character of the space is elevated by the feature hanging baskets, thoughtfully positioned to soften the architecture and introduce natural texture. A range of finishing works completed the fit-out, ensuring every detail met the high standards expected from such a prominent hospitality venue.

Wild Goose now stands as a beautifully finished, welcoming brunch destination - an uplifting addition to Union Terrace Gardens and the wider city centre of Aberdeen.
